The Wellbeing Pantry Hamper

A hamper for the cook who likes good things in the cupboard.

At its heart, Hodmedod's red and white quinoa, actually grown in England, in Essex and Staffordshire, rather than shipped from South America. Around it, the makings of simple, considered food: cold-pressed hemp seed oil from The British Hemp Co., a source of omega-3, 6 and 9; garlic purée and herb-marinated cloves from The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight; and Cornish Seaweed Company's sea salt, seaweed pepper and sea salad flakes for seasoning.

To round it out, The Fine Cheese Co.'s flavoured crackers from Bath, a single-origin Ecuador 85% dark bar from Suffolk's Pump Street, a jar of Cotswold honey, and a tin of Tregothnan chamomile, grown on their Cornwall estate.
