White Lake Cheese

Roger Longman started White Lake Cheese in 2004 at Bagborough Farm in Pylle, near Shepton Mallet in Somerset. He is a third-generation farmer, and his grandfather made cheddar from the family herd in the 1930s. Roger keeps his own French Alpine goats, and Rachel, a washed rind goat's cheese, is named after a friend.
