Belvoir

In 1984 Mary Manners made elderflower cordial in the farmhouse kitchen in the Vale of Belvoir, and the first batch of 88 cases went to local shops. Belvoir Farm in Leicestershire is still run by the Manners family. Every elderflower is picked by hand in June and turned into syrup within 24 hours.
