The Cornish Seaweed Company hand-harvest their seaweed from the wild coast of the Lizard, the southernmost point of Cornwall, working to an ecosystem approach that keeps the beds healthy for the next cut.

This is their seaweed salt — Cornish sea salt blended with organic dulse, nori and gutweed, all Soil Association certified.

Deep and savoury with a clean salt-and-ocean flavour and a faint smokiness from the seaweed. Because the seaweed carries its own umami, a little does the work of more — use it anywhere you'd reach for salt. Good rubbed into fish or meat before cooking, scattered over roasting vegetables, or stirred through soups and stocks.

Net weight 70g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
