Quicke's

The Quicke family has farmed at Newton St Cyres in Devon for 14 generations. Sir John and Lady Prue Quicke built a cheese room on the farm in 1972 and made their first cheese a year later, and their daughter Mary took over the cheesemaking in 1984. Each cheese is wrapped by hand in muslin and matured for up to two years.
