Neal's Yard Creamery

On Dorstone Hill in Herefordshire, above the Wye, Charlie Westhead and his team make fresh and mould-ripened cheeses. The creamery began as part of Neal's Yard Dairy, became its own business and moved to the hill in 1996. Goat's milk comes from a herd at Titley and cow's milk is collected each morning from a 40-cow farm at Walterstone.
