How do I join?
Click Join for free and create an account with your email address. It takes a minute, and you get 200 points straight away. If you already have an account with us, just sign in and you are a member.
How do I earn points?
You earn 5 points for every £1 you spend, 200 points for joining, 250 points on your birthday, and 50 points each for following us on Instagram, TikTok and X. Points on orders are worked out on the order total before delivery.
How do I spend my points?
Open the Rewards button in the bottom left corner of any page, choose how many points to use and we give you a discount code. Enter the code at the checkout. 500 points is £5 off, and every 100 points after that is another £1.
Can I use my points with another discount code?
The checkout accepts one discount code per order, so a points discount cannot be stacked with another code. Your points stay in your account until you want to use them.
How does refer a friend work?
Open the Rewards button, copy your referral link and send it to a friend who has not shopped with us before. They get £5 off their first order. Once that order has gone through, a £5 off code appears in your account too.
Do I get points for orders I placed before joining?
Points are earned on orders placed after you join, so the sooner you sign up the better. If you return an order or it is refunded, the points for it are removed.
Where can I see my points balance?
Sign in and click the Rewards button in the bottom left corner of any page. It shows your balance, your history and any discount codes you have not used yet.
