The London Honey Co.

Steve Benbow put a beehive on his roof near Tower Bridge in 1999 because he missed his Shropshire roots, and that was the start of The London Honey Co. His hives now sit in places such as the Kent coast, the Cotswolds and the Shropshire Hills. The honey is left unpasteurised and unblended, then bottled at its Bermondsey warehouse.
