Chocolarder

Mike Longman was a pastry chef in a Cornish restaurant when he noticed that nobody was making chocolate in Cornwall. He started Chocolarder in his own kitchen in 2012 and now makes bean to bar chocolate at a factory in Falmouth. The chocolate is made on renovated antique machines and matured in blocks for around 40 days.
