A 250g jar of single-origin British Cotswold honey, produced by The London Honey Co. from hives kept in the grasslands where the upper Thames meadows meet the hills.

Raw, unpasteurised and minimally filtered — nothing added, nothing heated away — from a company Soil Association accredited and a member of Slow Food UK.

Spoon onto warm oats or yoghurt, drizzle over roasted figs with ricotta, or stir into a dressing with lemon and olive oil.
