The British Hemp Co. Cold Pressed Hemp Seed Oil

Dark green, thick, properly nutty — a British oil that behaves a bit like a virgin olive oil, only grassier.

A 500ml bottle of cold-pressed hemp seed oil, produced by The British Hemp Co. from seed grown on their member farms and pressed at their SALSA-accredited factory in Warminster, Wiltshire.

The crop is grown regeneratively without herbicides or pesticides, and the oil is cold-pressed and lightly filtered — so the colour stays deep, the flavour stays intact, and the seed character comes through.

Use as a finishing oil rather than a cooking one: drizzle over grilled vegetables, stir into hummus, fold through warm grains, or spoon over a plate of burrata.
