A companion to the Cornish Seaweed Company's seaweed salt, this is their sugar kelp blended with cracked peppercorns.

The kelp is sustainably farmed off the Cornish coast at the Lizard rather than wild-cut, and ground in with the pepper so the two carry through together.

Fragrant and aromatic with a clean peppery bite and a faint note of the sea underneath. Use it anywhere you'd reach for the pepper mill — through mashed potato, over eggs, fish or meat, or stirred into fried mushrooms.

Net weight 40g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
