Our Producers
Every product we stock comes from a producer with a genuine story: people who grow, ferment, press, bake and blend with a seriousness of purpose that shows in every jar, box and bottle.

Aspall
Aspall, Suffolk
Aspall has been pressing apples and making vinegar on the same Suffolk estate since 1728, eight generations of the Chevallier family working the same orchards. Their cider vinegars and apple juices carry the character of that specific land.

Black Bee Honey
Somerset
Black Bee Honey works with a network of small British apiaries to produce single-origin honey that reflects where the bees forage, from heather moorland to orchard blossom. Each jar is traceable to a specific region and season.

Brew Tea Co
Manchester
Founded in Manchester, Brew Tea Co sources whole-leaf teas and packs them into pyramid bags designed to give the leaves room to open fully. They have been working with tea gardens in Assam, Darjeeling and beyond since 2013.
Cartwright & Butler
East Riding of Yorkshire
Cartwright & Butler have been producing biscuits, preserves and confectionery in Yorkshire since 1981, each line baked or made to traditional recipes updated with better ingredients. Their tins and boxes have become familiar gifts across the country.
Charbonnel et Walker
London
Founded in 1875 with the encouragement of the Prince of Wales, Charbonnel et Walker remains one of Britain's oldest chocolatiers. Their Bond Street shop still makes truffles and pralines to recipes that have changed little in a century and a half.

Chocolarder
Mylor, Cornwall
Chocolarder is a bean-to-bar maker based in Mylor, Cornwall, sourcing cacao directly from small farms and processing it entirely in-house. Each bar is made from just two or three ingredients, letting the origin flavours come through undisguised.
Fentimans
Newcastle upon Tyne
Fentimans has been making botanical drinks in the north-east of England since 1905, using a traditional fermentation process originally developed for ginger beer. The recipe still uses real botanicals brewed for several days before bottling.
The Fine Cheese Co.
Bath
The Fine Cheese Co. was founded in Bath in 1992 to bring together the best British and Continental cheeses in one place. They have since become known for their biscuits and accompaniments, made to complement the cheeses they sell.

Hodmedod's

Pip & Nut
London

Pump Street Chocolate
Orford, Suffolk
Pump Street Chocolate began in the bakery of the same name in Orford, Suffolk. The chocolate is made from carefully sourced single-origin cacao, with each bar tracing back to a specific farm or cooperative.

Single Variety Co.
East Sussex

Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery
Hunmanby, Yorkshire
Spirit of Yorkshire is a farm distillery in Hunmanby that grows its own barley on the surrounding land and uses it to make whisky in the old Yorkshire tradition. The distillery opened in 2016.

Summerdown Farm

Teapigs
London
Teapigs was founded in London in 2006 with the aim of making whole-leaf tea accessible. Their temple bags are large enough to let the leaves move freely, which they argue makes a noticeably better cup.

Two Farmers

Salcombe Gin
Salcombe, Devon
Salcombe Gin distils in a working boathouse on the Salcombe estuary, drawing on the port town's maritime heritage. Each expression uses botanicals sourced with the same care as the navigational charts that once guided sailors into harbour.
