Godminster

Bruton in Somerset is home to Godminster, founded and still owned by Richard Hollingbery. The story began on Godminster Farm, which is farmed organically on his principle that nature repays those who treat her kindly. The organic cheddar is made in Somerset with vegetarian rennet and sealed in a coat of wax.
