Miller's

Ashbourne in the Derbyshire Dales is home to the bakery that makes Miller's crackers, a sister company of The Fine Cheese Co. in Bath. The bakers sift and weigh the ingredients by hand and still use bronze rollers and a 1930s moulding machine. The wheat Damsels are made with stoneground flour grown and milled in England.
