Two Farmers

Mark Green and Sean Mason are the two farmers, and the idea came to them over a pint of local beer and a packet of crisps. They launched in 2018 and are based at Little Pengethley Farm, Peterstow, near Ross-on-Wye. The potatoes are grown, stored, cooked and packed on their Herefordshire farm, and the bags break down in home compost.
