Fen Farm Dairy
Baron Bigod is made at Fen Farm Dairy in Bungay, Suffolk, by the farmers who milk the cows. It went on sale in 2013, a year after the family brought 72 Montbéliarde cows over from the Jura in France. The milk goes to the cheese room next door while still warm from the parlour, and the curd is ladled by hand into the moulds.
