Chocolarder Sea Salt Caramel Truffles, Box of 12

Chocolarder are a bean-to-bar maker working out of their own workshop in Cornwall, where founder Mike Longman has made single-origin chocolate from raw cocoa beans since 2012. These truffles are built from little more than beans, sugar and cream: a soft caramel made with fresh Cornish cream and Cornish sea salt, encased in their 72% dark chocolate and rolled in pressed cocoa powder.

The dark shell uses Asháninka cocoa, bought direct from the Asháninka people of the Peruvian rainforest. The salt keeps the caramel's richness in check; the result sits squarely between sweet and savoury.

Delivery

Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.

Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard delivery is £4.95, free on orders over £50.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.

Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
