Chocolarder Cornish Sea Salt 50% Milk Chocolate

Salted fudge, in bar form. The cocoa comes from the Three Mountains communities in Ghana, farmers Chocolarder visited and buy from directly, and the salt is harvested on the Lizard peninsula, a short drive down the coast from where the bar is made. Rich, fudgy sweetness with pockets of bright, zesty salt that keep pulling you back for another square.

Chocolarder are bean to bar makers in Falmouth, grinding their chocolate from the raw bean since 2012 under founder Mike Longman, with no palm oil, no emulsifiers and plastic-free packaging throughout. Cornwall is surrounded by sea on three sides; this is the bar that admits it.

Sweet and savoury held in careful balance. Dangerous to open in the evening with the intention of having just one piece.

Delivery

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
