Belvoir Raspberry & Lemon Cordial 500ml

A 500ml bottle of raspberry and lemon cordial made by Belvoir on their family farm in Bottesford, Leicestershire, from real pressed raspberries and freshly squeezed lemon juice, with nothing artificial and no sweeteners.

The fruit content is high for a cordial: 28% pressed raspberry juice and 14% lemon juice, with sugar, water and citric acid making up the rest. The farm describes the result as a genuinely fruity taste, and the lemon share is large enough to make it sharp rather than sugary. Juices settle in the bottle, so turn it gently before you open it. Dilute one part to ten.

With still water it is a straightforward fruit squash for children and adults alike; with sparkling water and ice it turns into a proper pink lemonade. Belvoir publish recipes for a raspberry and lemon margarita and a mojito with it, and it is just as good in a simple mix with The Lakes Gin Classic and soda. A spoonful also works in the sponge or the icing of a raspberry cake, or drizzled over vanilla ice cream.

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
