Belvoir Sparkling Elderflower Can 330ml

A 330ml can of sparkling elderflower, made by Belvoir on their family farm in Bottesford, Leicestershire, to a traditional family recipe that blends hand-picked elderflowers with lemon juice and spring water.

The can holds carbonated spring water, sugar, elderflowers, pressed lemon juice, citric acid and elderflower extract, with no artificial ingredients. The farm calls it delicately refreshing, and that is the point of it: floral, lightly sweet, with the lemon keeping it clean. It is 53 kcal a can, which the farm lists as low calorie. Same drink as the bottle, in a format that goes in a bag or a cool box.

Drink it chilled, straight from the can or poured over ice. The farm suggests it as a spritzer with white wine, so split a can between two glasses of Lyme Bay Winery Chardonnay, or use it as the mixer for gin or vodka. It is a good can to hand round at a picnic with a tin of Two Farmers Hereford Hop Cheese & Onion Crisps, or to keep in the office fridge.
