Belvoir Freshly Squeezed Lemonade

A 275ml bottle of sparkling lemonade made by Belvoir in Bottesford, Leicestershire, to their homemade recipe: freshly squeezed lemon juice blended with sparkling spring water on the family farm.

There are four ingredients: carbonated spring water, 7% freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar and lemon extract. All natural, nothing artificial, and low calorie by the farm's reckoning. The farm calls it zesty refreshment, and the lemon share is high enough that it tastes of fruit rather than of sugar and fizz. It is cloudy in the glass, as a lemonade made from squeezed lemons should be.

Serve it chilled, on its own or over ice with a slice of lemon. It is the mixer Belvoir suggest for vodka or gin, so pour it over a measure of Salcombe Gin Rose Sainte Marie for a long drink that needs nothing else. At a picnic it goes with sandwiches, sausage rolls and a packet of Two Farmers Lightly Salted Hand-Cooked Crisps, and it is the right size for one glass.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
