Belvoir Organic Sparkling Elderflower 750ml

A 750ml bottle of organic sparkling elderflower, made by Belvoir in Bottesford, Leicestershire, to a family recipe that blends hand-picked organic elderflowers with lemon juice and spring water. Every flower on the farm's 60 acres of organic elderflower is picked by hand, and they leave enough behind for the bees and the hedgerows.

Inside the bottle: carbonated spring water, organic cane sugar, fresh organic elderflowers, fresh organic lemons and citric acid. The farm calls the taste delicately refreshing, and that is accurate. The elderflower is floral without being heavy, the lemon gives it a clean finish, and the fizz is fine rather than fierce. There are no artificial ingredients and it works out at 80 kcal per 250ml serving.

Serve it chilled in a wine glass at lunch, a christening, or anywhere a bottle of something sparkling is expected and not everyone is drinking. It makes a spritzer with white wine, so top up a glass of Lyme Bay Winery Chardonnay with it, or use it as the mixer for a gin such as Salcombe Gin Start Point London Dry. It is also a good bottle to put beside the cheese at a summer table.

Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
