Free and Easy's approach to breakfast pancakes applies the same principle that characterises their whole range: allergen-free baking that produces food worth eating rather than food that merely accommodates a dietary requirement. This pancake mix is gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free, and produces a pancake with the right lightness and structure.

Add water, cook on a medium heat, and the result is a proper pancake, not a rice flour disc or a dense approximation. The kind of thing that works on Shrove Tuesday for a household with mixed dietary requirements, and every other morning when the bar for breakfast is higher than usual.

Delivery

Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.

Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard delivery is £4.95, free on orders over £50.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.

Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
