Free and Easy is the free-from range of Healthy Food Brands, based at Billingshurst in West Sussex and part of a group still run by its founder, Cliff Moss. The baking mixes are free from wheat, gluten and dairy, and made without artificial additives or preservatives. The company says it makes its own brands in its own factory.
