One fruit variety, 60g of it in every 100g, with less sugar than a traditional jam — no acids, gelling agents or colourants, just raspberries, sugar, lemon juice and natural pectin.

Spoon onto warm buttered toast, stir through Greek yoghurt, layer into a Victoria sponge, or swirl into porridge with a knob of butter.
