The Cornish Seaweed Company

The seaweed is cut by hand, with scissors, from the sea off the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. Founders Caro and Tim call it giving the seaweed a haircut, because the plant is left to grow back as before. Theirs was among the first seaweed businesses in England, and it is based at Rosuick Farm in St Martin, Helston.
