Cornish Sea Salt

Cornish Sea Salt comes from the Atlantic off the Lizard in Cornwall, where the company has made salt since 2008. It started after Tony Fraser came across an Iron Age salt works in a remote cove on the south Cornish coast while out walking. The salt is harvested by hand, and the local serpentine and gabbro rock is rich in magnesium and calcium.
