The Cornish Seaweed Company Organic Seaweed Flakes

The Cornish Seaweed Company hand-harvest from the wild coast of the Lizard, Cornwall's southern tip, working sustainably so the beds regrow. These are their mixed flakes: sea spaghetti, kelp and dulse, dried and flaked, all Soil Association organic.

Deep and savoury with a real umami hit: salty, almost beefy. A little lifts a dish: stir a teaspoon into soups, stocks, stews or curries as they cook, scatter over vegetables before roasting, rub into fish or meat, or work into bread dough. Net weight 60g. Organic, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Delivery

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
