The Cornish Seaweed Company hand-harvest from the wild coast of the Lizard, Cornwall's southern tip, working sustainably so the beds regrow. These are their mixed flakes — sea spaghetti, kelp and dulse, dried and flaked, all Soil Association organic.

Deep and savoury with a real umami hit — salty, almost beefy. A little lifts a dish: stir a teaspoon into soups, stocks, stews or curries as they cook, scatter over vegetables before roasting, rub into fish or meat, or work into bread dough. Net weight 60g. Organic, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
