Two Farmers grow their own potatoes in Herefordshire — Lady Claire, Lady Rosetta and Taurus varieties, chosen for fry colour and quality — slice them on the farm and cook them in small batches in high-oleic sunflower oil. The only seasoning is Droitwich salt, harvested by hand from natural springs in Worcestershire and crystallised using renewable energy. Four ingredients. Nothing else.

 

The result is a crisp that tastes of potato rather than masking it: clean, golden, properly crunchy. The kind that disappears from a bowl before anyone notices. Presented in a 100% recyclable tin — a neater format than a bag, and one that reseals between sittings.

 

Grown, cooked and packed on renewable energy, on-farm. No road miles to speak of.
