The Garlic Farm have grown garlic on the Isle of Wight for over forty years, ever since Granny Norah planted her first few cloves. This is their everyday garlic purée: 95% fresh garlic, loosened with a little water and extra virgin olive oil. No peeling, no crushing: open and squeeze.

A genuine time-saver for any dish that starts with garlic, from a quick weeknight pasta to a marinade or dressing. Give it a shake before use, as natural separation can occur. Net weight 110g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.
