The Garlic Farm have grown garlic on the Isle of Wight for over forty years, ever since Granny Norah planted her first few cloves. This is their everyday garlic purée — 95% fresh garlic, loosened with a little water and extra virgin olive oil. No peeling, no crushing: open and squeeze.

A genuine time-saver for any dish that starts with garlic, from a quick weeknight pasta to a marinade or dressing. Give it a shake before use, as natural separation can occur. Net weight 110g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
