The Garlic Farm

The Boswell family's garlic growing began more than 50 years ago, when Granny Norah planted a few cloves in her garden. Three generations on, the family own and run The Garlic Farm at Newchurch on the Isle of Wight. The farm grows about 15 varieties and works with specialist producers to make its jarred products.
