A 225g jar of Fireflame Chilli Jam, made by Single Variety Co. in their jam factory in Bristol from four ingredients: Fireflame chillies, sugar, cider vinegar, and natural pectin.

32g of chillies per 100g, hand-prepped in house with no tomato or pepper bulking, which is why it won Gold at the Taste of the West Awards and why the finished jar tastes of chilli rather than pepper.

Spoon onto a mature cheddar, stir into a butter bean stew, brush over prawns before grilling, or fold through cream cheese for a quick dip.

Delivery

Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.

Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard delivery is £4.95, free on orders over £50.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.

Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
