Peter's Yard Sourdough Crackers Selection Box
Peter's Yard bake in Shropshire to a Swedish crispbread tradition that goes back to the sixteenth century, when knäckebröd was baked at harvest and kept on a pole through the winter.
Every batch starts with a sourdough starter left to ferment for sixteen hours, then the dough is rolled thin, dusted with rye and baked until crisp and dappled. The flour is organic Shipton Mill; the milk is organic too.
This selection box brings their sourdough crackers together in one place, built for a cheeseboard, and a natural partner to pungent cheeses, cured meats and pâté.

Delivery
Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.
Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.
Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Standard delivery is £6.95, free on orders over £60.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.
Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
