Three varieties of sourdough cracker in one box, baked in small batches by Peter's Yard at Shrewsbury in Shropshire, where every batch starts with the bakery's signature sourdough starter and a slow 16-hour ferment before the dough is rolled thin and baked crisp. The producer designed the box to accompany any cheeseboard.
Each variety comes in its own wrapped tray. The Original is the milk-and-rye cracker with Shipton Mill flour, 12% rye sourdough and a little honey, mild and clean. Rosemary & Sea Salt is made with rapeseed oil, 21% sourdough, Cornish sea salt, dried rosemary and thyme and a grind of black pepper, so it is herby and savoury. Rye & Charcoal carries 21% rye flour and 2% charcoal, which gives the dark colour and a deeper, more toasted character. None of them contain palm oil or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
The producer pairs the Original with any cheese and the charcoal cracker with soft cheeses such as a goat's cheese or a ripe Brie. Put the box out with a wedge of Quicke's Mature Clothbound Cheddar, a round of Tunworth English Camembert and a Rosary Ash Goat's Cheese Log, add a chutney, and the cheeseboard is done. The rosemary cracker is also good on its own with a drink.

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.
Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

Returns
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
