Kent & Fraser bake their savoury wafers in a dedicated gluten-free bakery in London. These are their fiery one: mature cheddar baked into a crisp wafer, with red chilli, piri-piri and chipotle brought together with coriander and a twist of lime. Fragrant first, then a proper bit of heat.
Built for a cheeseboard — they stand up to strong cheeses and cut through rich pâté — but good enough to eat straight from the box. Gluten-free. Net weight 110g. Suitable for vegetarians.
