Free and Easy Coffee Cake Mix 350g
Coffee cake is a format where allergen-free baking most commonly fails, the combination of strong flavour, light texture and that specific moistness is difficult to achieve without the usual ingredients. Free and Easy have worked out how to do it. This mix is gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free, and produces a coffee cake that tastes like a coffee cake rather than a thoughtful substitution.
The coffee flavour is genuine and the sponge has the right lightness without the slight rubberiness that characterises too many gluten-free bakes.

Delivery
Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.
Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.
Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Standard delivery is £6.95, free on orders over £60.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.
Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
