Filey Bay Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky Tasting Experience
Filey Bay is the first single malt whisky made in — and of — Yorkshire. The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery at Hunmanby, where the Wolds meet the North Sea, grows its own barley on the family farm and takes it from field to bottle in one place. This is a genuine English single malt: no imported spirit, no blending across borders.
The set gathers three 5cl expressions with tasting notes to guide you: the Flagship, bourbon-matured, light and creamy with caramel and vanilla; a Moscatel Sherry Cask, honeyed with orange marmalade; and an STR Red Wine Cask, with summer berries and chocolate. All three at 46%.
