Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery

Filey Bay is distilled in Hunmanby on the Yorkshire coast by the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery. Best friends Tom Mellor and David Thompson hatched the plan over a pint in 2011 and first ran the stills in 2016. The barley is all grown on the Mellor family farm at Hunmanby Grange, and the whisky is bottled at the distillery too.
