Pump Street Jamaica 75% Dark Chocolate

Pump Street make chocolate by hand from the raw bean in Orford, Suffolk, a former bakery turned bean-to-bar maker. This is their single-origin Jamaica bar: 75% dark, made with cocoa from the Bachelor's Hall Estate in Saint Thomas.

The estate's beans give it notes of sweet tahini, raisin and a faint warmth like honeyed rum, a dark bar that's rich rather than bitter. Just cocoa beans and sugar; nothing else. Net weight 70g.

Delivery

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.
