Fentimans have brewed botanically in Hexham, Northumberland, since 1905, using a fermentation process most drinks makers abandoned long ago. This is their Connoisseurs tonic, built to sit behind a good gin rather than fight it, with a clean bitterness from natural quinine and a lemongrass lift.
