Cornish Sea Salt Chilli Hit Santa Cruz 50g

Cornish Sea Salt takes their Lizard Peninsula crystals, harvested from the Atlantic waters at the most southerly tip of mainland England, and combines them with Santa Cruz chilli to create a seasoning with two distinct registers: the mineral depth of the sea salt and the clean, fruity heat of the pepper.

It works across a wider range of applications than you might expect. On fried eggs and roasted potatoes it is obvious and excellent. On grilled meat it adds complexity beyond simple salting. On dark chocolate or caramel it does something unexpected and rather good.

English-made in Cornwall, vegan, gluten-free. A seasoning that expands the repertoire rather than simply replacing table salt with something more expensive. 50g.

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.
