Stokes combine their whole egg mayonnaise with fermented red habanero chilli at the Old Stable in Rendlesham, Suffolk, the same habanero that gives their hot sauce its award-winning character, applied here to a creamy base with fragrant coriander adding an additional layer of depth.

The heat builds gradually rather than hitting immediately, which means it works with the mayonnaise's richness rather than cutting through it. On a sandwich, as a dip for roasted vegetables or as a dressing for anything that wants a spiced, creamy accompaniment.

English-made in Suffolk, vegetarian and gluten-free. From a producer who makes their own chilli sauce and understands how to translate that into a mayonnaise with the same depth. 300g.

Delivery

Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.

Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard delivery is £6.95, free on orders over £60.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.

Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
