Description

Bath Soft is an organic, soft white cheese made by the Bath Soft Cheese Company at Kelston near Bath. Wrapped in its own bloomy rind, it is gentle, creamy and mushroomy, made to a recipe said to date back to the 1800s. A 250g cheese, sent chilled.
