Bath Soft Cheese Company

The Padfield family came to Park Farm at Kelston, near Bath, in August 1914, and Hugh Padfield is the fourth generation to farm it. His father Graham brought cheesemaking back in the 1990s after finding the recipe for Bath Cheese in an old grocer's recipe book. The cheese is made by hand with milk from the farm's own cows.
