Description

Wookey Hole Cave Aged Cheddar is matured deep in the Wookey Hole caves in Somerset, where the constant cool and natural humidity do the ageing. Made by Ford Farm and clothbound, it develops a mellow, earthy depth with a slightly crumbly bite from its time underground. A 400g piece, sent chilled.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.
