White Lake Driftwood Ash Goat's Cheese Log 215g

Driftwood is an ash-coated goats' cheese log from White Lake Cheese at Pylle in Somerset. Beneath its charcoal-dusted, gently wrinkled rind the paste is bright, fresh and lemony when young, growing denser and more savoury as it matures. A 215g log, sent chilled. Bring it up to room temperature before serving.
