Tiptree Rhubarb with Ginger Conserve

Wilkin and Sons have been making preserves at their Tiptree farm in Essex since 1885, over 140 years of growing their own fruit and turning it into some of the most respected jams and conserves in England. Their rhubarb with ginger conserve pairs two flavours that have a natural affinity: the sharp, almost astringent tartness of forced rhubarb balanced by the warmth and depth of ginger.

The result is a conserve more interesting than either fruit would produce alone, with enough complexity to reward eating carefully rather than spreading without thought.

Delivery

Because we send food and drink, we keep transit times short and never let parcels sit in depots over the weekend. All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered next day via DPD or APC Overnight, depending on contents.

Non-liquid orders travel with DPD and include a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. Orders containing wine, spirits or other liquids are sent via APC Overnight's specialist liquid service, where parcels are hand-sorted and kept in dedicated cages throughout transit.

Order by 12pm (midday) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Standard delivery is £4.95, free on orders over £50.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected item as received.

Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as we may be unable to assess damage claims where the item or packaging has been discarded.
