Single Variety Co. began at Nicola's kitchen table and is now made in small batches at their jam factory in Bristol. Each preserve is built around a single variety — here, the Lemon Drop chilli, a fierce little chilli with a genuine citrus note, sourced direct from the grower and hand-prepped before going into the pan.
This is the super-hot end of the range: bright, lemony and seriously fiery, with just enough sugar to carry the flavour rather than bury the heat. A two-star Great Taste winner. Try it with crumbly cheese, halloumi, grilled chicken, or melted over a burger — and a spoonful does wonders in a margarita. Net weight 225g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
