Single Variety Co. Lemon Drop Chilli Jam

Single Variety Co. began at Nicola's kitchen table and is now made in small batches at their jam factory in Bristol. Each preserve is built around a single variety: here, the Lemon Drop chilli, a fierce little chilli with a genuine citrus note, sourced direct from the grower and hand-prepped before going into the pan.

This is the super-hot end of the range: bright, lemony and seriously fiery, with just enough sugar to carry the flavour rather than bury the heat. A two-star Great Taste winner. Try it with crumbly cheese, halloumi, grilled chicken, or melted over a burger, and a spoonful does wonders in a margarita. Net weight 225g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Delivery

We send food and drink, so parcels never wait in depots over the weekend. Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
