Peter's Yard Sea Salt Sourdough Flatbreads 115g

Thin, crisp sourdough flatbreads finished with sea salt, hand-baked in small batches by Peter's Yard at Tetbury in Gloucestershire from a dough that ferments for 16 hours on the bakery's signature sourdough starter. A 115g box.

There is very little in them, which is the point. Shipton Mill wheat flour and wholemeal flour, a generous 25% rye sourdough, rapeseed oil, a touch of muscovado sugar and 3% sea salt, with hand-harvested Halen Môn sea salt scattered over the top. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The producer lists them as high in fibre, low in sugar and low in saturated fat. The high sourdough content gives a clean tang, the salt on top gives a savoury snap, and the flatbread itself stays light and crisp rather than heavy.

The producer's own line is to savour the crunch with your favourite dips, and they are built for exactly that: hummus, whipped feta, a pea and mint ricotta smash, or a bowl of taramasalata. They also make a good plain base for cheese, so set them out with Tunworth English Camembert or a slice of Quicke's Devonshire Red Clothbound Cheddar, or use them where you would otherwise reach for a plain water biscuit on a cheeseboard.

Order by midday, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery: DPD with a one-hour window for most orders, APC Overnight's specialist liquid service for anything containing wine, spirits or other liquids. Orders after midday Thursday, or over the weekend, dispatch on Monday.

Cheese is cut fresh to order and sent chilled, dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Everything in your order ships together in one insulated box, arriving the next day.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
