Peter's Yard Seeded Sourdough Flatbreads 135g

Crisp sourdough flatbreads scattered with seeds, hand-baked in small batches by Peter's Yard at Tetbury in Gloucestershire, where each batch starts with the bakery's signature sourdough starter and a slow 16-hour ferment. A 135g box.

The dough is Shipton Mill wheat flour with wholemeal flour and 19% rye sourdough, bound with rapeseed oil and a little muscovado sugar. Pumpkin, sunflower, poppy and nigella seeds make up 9% of the mix, and the tops are seasoned with hand-harvested Halen Môn sea salt. The producer lists them as high in fibre, low in sugar and low in saturated fat, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The sourdough gives a gentle tang, the seeds add crunch and a nutty edge, and the salt finish keeps them savoury rather than sweet.

The producer's instruction is to savour the crunch with your favourite dips, and that is the natural home for these: hummus, a pea and mint ricotta, taramasalata or a soft goat's curd. They are sturdy enough for cheese too, so break a few beside a wedge of Quicke's Mature Clothbound Cheddar or a scoop of Tracklements Caramelised Onion Marmalade, or add the box to a spread of crackers for cheese for a grazing table.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Please keep all packaging until we've reviewed the issue.
